Further, she strongly believes in the connection between physical wellness and mental strength. Due to her own experience with the benefits of physical wellness, Jennifer recognizes the positive impacts it can have on her clients. Jennifer works with a range of age groups, primarily focusing on the adolescent and adult population.
She commonly works with individuals who are struggling with loss, individuals having trouble adjusting to new changes, along with those who have experienced trauma and are in search of hope. As well, Jennifer works with those who are going through the pain of depression and anxiety.
