I believe clients deserve a space where they can be unapologetically seen, heard, and witnessed. I bring this belief into my work to allow clients to experience and explore whatever they are carrying with them. This work is done on a foundation of collaboration, curiosity, trust, and compassion. I understand the complexity of human beings and take careful note in meeting individual needs. I look forward to meeting you and beginning the journey of unpacking.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from DePaul University. I have worked in various mental health settings with a range of populations. I have training and experience with a wide range of issues which include: trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, gender identity, identity exploration, stress, and burnout.
I am trained in Level I Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which is a somatic practice focused on trauma processing and healing through building consciousness to your body memory. I incorporate this practice into traditional talk therapy as a body connected practice in promoting a rooted sense of self.
