9. Automatic Subscription Renewals
Therapist subscriptions will renew automatically on the 1 month or 1 year anniversary of your initial subscription, depending on your subscription type. We do not provide automatic subscription renewal reminders. Please reference our Refund information in section 10 below, and Cancellation info in section 11 below. Your credit card information is stored through our third party merchant vendor, Stripe.com. Your credit card details are never stored or saved on TherapyRoad.com's web servers.
10. Subscription Refunds
We do not issue refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions to TherapyRoad.com after the payment has been processed. It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel their account prior to the renewal date, if they wish to do so. Accounts will remain active for the length of the current paid-for subscription period, and then automatically be cancelled if the renewal payment fails, account has been manually cancelled, or the billing information has been removed.
11. Cancellations
To cancel your account, log in to your Account Settings and remove the credit or debit card details from the Billing settings, and click save. This will remove the credit or debit card information tied to your subscription, and will ultimately cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. You may also cancel by contact us at support@therapyroad.com.
